I recently had a short stay at this hotel, and it was a wonderful experience! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a perfect place to relax. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. One of the best aspects of the hotel is its convenient location in the town centre. It was within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and attractions, which made exploring the area very easy. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and prime location. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was 209; bedding clean (and comfy) and toilet clean. The room with double bed and single bed (family room) was tight for space however, for a bed for the night and nothing fancy. The price I got, was an absolute bargain! The hotel staff were very friendly. The location was great, not far from union street and union square for food and shopping. Also, the train station and bus station wasn’t far walk ~ 10 minutes. The parking for the hotel was limited however, I got a space for the weekend (via my parking space). I didn’t try the bar/ restaurant. The room was up couple flight of stairs; I don’t think there was a lift, so if you require one - I’d enquire first. The shower was lovely and warm, good pressure shower. Tea, coffee and biscuits in the room with kettle. Also, tv with Netflix. Free Wi-Fi. Iron and hair drier available too. All in all bargain. Cheap and cheerful.

Excellent location from the town centre. Staff are so nice and friendly couldn’t do more to make you feel welcome, properly need a little upgrade but over all clean and tidy and excellent value for the money. Large bedroom with lots of wardrobe space, large desk space for doing make up etc. could do with mirror being a little lower so can sit and do make up.

It was in a perfect location to the city centre, only a 5 minute walk. The staff were lovely and helpful. There is usually a £5 per day charge for the hotel parking which we were given free of charge. The shower and it's temperature were great. Didn't try the restaurant so can't give opinion on that

Location was perfect The size of the room for how much i paid was unbelievable And they had the Japanese Toilets If i am ever in Aberdeen I know where to say Did i say there was Netflix LOL well done

. Very good price. Large room with good-sized bathroom. Heating worked well, window opened.. Bedding and towels pristine. Reception very helpful about item left in room

✅ Centrally located hotel. Hence ease of access to the city centre/bus-train station. ✅ Tidy room, clean bathroom/linen/bed. ✅ Hangers, Iron & dryer provided ✅ TV provided. Affordable hotels don't provide these days. ✅ Super Friendly Staff. Helped me with my room issues, heated my food in their staff kitchen, kept my luggage while I went on sightseeing. First time there - said I wouldn't go back after having to sign in on-line to access key code but in fact it worked out well and wouldn't put me off staying again. Room was quiet, clean - a bit warm as skylight windows which didn't appear to open and the pole for the blind was too short. Noticed in morning we could have switched off the heater!! Would recommend two pillows per person - used towels as a pillow!
